We are a leading real estate company operating across Asansol, Durgapur, Bardhaman, and Kolkata, seeking dynamic and motivated individuals to join our sales team. We are looking for candidates with prior experience in real estate sales, as well as professionals with sales experience in other industries such as Banking, Insurance, or Automobiles, Etc.

As the Sales Director, you will be responsible for overseeing the entire sales team and driving performance to achieve company targets.

Role & Responsibilities:

• Lead, motivate, and manage the sales team to achieve set goals and targets.
• Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive business growth.
• Monitor and evaluate team performance, providing training and support where needed.
• Conduct market research to identify new opportunities and maintain a competitive edge.
• Oversee property sales, ensuring smooth negotiations and successful closures.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and key stakeholders.
• Report on sales activities, market trends, and team progress to senior management.
