Key Account Manager

As a Key Account Manager, you will be assisting and coordinating the operations of the department
and will be responsible for ensuring and improving the performance, productivity, efficiency and
profitability of the department through the provision of effective methods and strategies.

Responsibilities:
Collaborate with the Corporate Outreach team, to deliver internship and placement outcomes.
Work closely with academics and student success teams to monitor and drive students progress and outcomes, requiring close synergy with the academic team.
Foster strong relationships with partner companies.
Conduct calls and align potential candidates for interviews.
Source and screen applicant profiles.
Manage email correspondence and schedule interviews for hiring managers.
Maintain databases and streamline process flows.

Requirements:
Availability to work 7-8 hours per day.
Proficiency in Excel.
Fluent in English and Hindi (both spoken and written).
Willingness to make calls and handle communication as needed.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced startup environment.
