Designation : Product Manager
Role Summary::
We are looking for a dynamic and proactive Product Manager with 2-5 years of experience to spearhead the next phase of growth at ET . You will be at the forefront of managing the entire lifecycle of the Markets Product focusing on growth, product discovery, engagement and subscriber conversion.
Role Responsibilities
You will work closely with cross-functional teams including Engineering, Design, Marketing, and Sales to develop and execute product initiatives that align with our companys growth objectives and deliver maximum value to our users.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams including engineering, design, marketing, and sales to define and execute product strategies that align with the principles of Product Led Growth.
Conduct market research and analysis to identify emerging trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape to inform product roadmap decisions.
Define and prioritize product features and enhancements based on customer feedback, usage data, and business objectives.
Develop and maintain a deep understanding of our target market and user personas to tailor product experiences that drive adoption and engagement.
Lead the development and execution of experiments and A/B tests to optimize key metrics such as user activation, retention, and virality.
Monitor and analyze product metrics and KPIs to track performance and identify areas for improvement.
Champion a culture of experimentation, data-driven decision-making, and continuous improvement within the product team and across the organization.
Minimum Qualification Required
2-5 years of experience in product management, with a proven track record of delivering successful, customer-focused products.
Demonstrated experience and expertise in implementing Product Led Growth strategies and methodologies.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, draw insights, and make data-driven decisions.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills with the ability to effectively work with cross-functional teams.
Experience working in agile development environments and proficiency with agile methodologies.
Bachelors degree in business, engineering, computer science, or a related field; MBA or advanced degree preferred.
