Job Description

The Assistant Manager CRM from a Real Estate business background will be responsible to manage the daily post sales activity and follow up customer documentation. The Assistant manager will also be responsible for managing the stage wise collection process, registration post registration, handling customer complaints and queries.


Role & responsibilities


  • Ensure the CRM system provides an effective sales funnel.
  • Prepare documentation, reports and logs to identify and manage sales metrics and support process driven activities.
  • Achieves sales operational objectives by developing and implementing customer retention strategies.
  • Coordinate and manage post sale activities like collection of booking form and sale cost sheet.
  • Effectively communicate with customers on every stage of post-sale process.
  • Coordinate Loan processing with bankers.
  • Effective follow up and coordination on complete registration process with legal department and customer.
  • Sustains rapport with Legal, Sales and accounts team for timely delivery.
  • Provides information by collecting, analyzing and summarizing Customer data.
  • Effectively receive and manage Customer complaints and provide resolution at the earliest.
  • Manage post registration process such as final inspection, final payment and handing over of documents.

Effectively coordinate and manage snag points during final inspection



Preferred candidate profile

  • Bachelors or Masters degree in Sales, business administration or equivalent education.
  • Proven experience as a CRM assistant manager or equivalent role.
  • Knowledge in sales and negotiating techniques.
  • Strong business development and networking skills.
  • Skilled in ERP and other business support systems.
  • Effective negotiations skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure.\
  • Excellent skills in building and maintaining strong customer and partner relationships
