Job Description

We are seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead and guide the work of technical staff on ServiceNow project implementations. In this client facing role, the Senior Project Manager will manage large, complex professional services projects. The Senior PM will be for leading, coaching and mentoring a team to drive project implementations. The Role

Serve as liaison between business and technical aspects of projects.
Define project scope and objectives and communication plans.
Plan project stages and assess business implication for each stage.
Monitor progress to ensure deadlines, standards, and cost targets are met.
Assign resources, timelines and schedule for assigned projects.
Facilitate crew and customer meetings.
Manage project execution, budget, forecasts, schedule, and scope.
Mitigate risks and dependencies.
Manage solutions using Agile and iterative project methodologies and various project management tools.
Develop or update project plans for information technology projects including information such as project objectives, technologies, systems, information specifications, schedules, funding, and staffing.
Monitor or track project milestones and deliverables and confer with project personnel to identify and resolve problems.
Develop and manage work breakdown structure (WBS) of information technology projects.
Submit project deliverables, ensuring adherence to quality standards.
Prepare project status reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing information and trends.
Ensure quality control standards.
Measure and report team progress.

What You Will Be Doing

Create, revise, and execute project work plans as appropriate to meet needs and requirements based on company process standards.
Effectively apply project management methodology and enforces project standards
Identify project resources as needed and assign individual responsibilities.
Manage day-to-day operational aspects of a project execution and scope, forecasting and reviewing deliverables and schedules.
Prepare for engagement reviews and execute quality assurance procedures to minimize exposure and risk.
Ensure project documents are complete, current, and stored appropriately.
Perform and complete project accounting duties, which include tracking and reporting project team hours and expenses on a weekly basis, managing budget, ensuring of accurate invoicing and follow-up with clients when necessary, monitoring receivables, analyzing projects regarding profitability, revenue margins, bill rates and utilization.
Provide weekly project burn sheets and follow closeout project process and activities.
Facilitate communication with team member and clients throughout the project cycle; and inform superiors when necessary.

What You Bring Along

8- 12 years of business-related experience, with a minimum of 5 years in technology Project/Program management, with highly desired Agile Project Management principles and experience.
Experience in strategic planning, resource allocation, monitoring of project process, detailing schedule reports on measurable items such as milestones and deliverables.
Highly proficient in project methodologies and management principles
Demonstrated experience managing projects throughout entire execution to ensure success as defined b adherence to standards of scope, budget, and timeline.
Have had oversight of economics of project plans and provided actionable feedback relating to cost benefit and return-on-investment standards.
Broad understanding of the ServiceNow Domain areas
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Strong facilitation skills
Strong attention to detail
Ability to assess and mitigate risk
Experience leading and motivating a team
Comfortable working in a matrixed organization
Comfortable working with ambiguity and change
