Job Brief
We seek a Senior Manager of Corporate HR to lead our human resources initiatives and ensure alignment with our organizational goals. This role will involve strategic oversight of HR functions, fostering a productive workplace culture, and managing the recruitment and development of talent.
Responsibilities
- Strategic Leadership: Develop and implement HR strategies that align with business objectives.
- Recruitment Oversight: HelpandcoordinatewithTAteamin recruitment process, ensuring the acquisition of top talent.
- Policy Development: Design and enforce company policies that promote a healthy work environment.
- Performance Management: Oversee performance evaluation processes, including goal setting and development plans.
- Employee Lifecycle Management, Manage employee relations issues, ensuring compliance with legal regulations and company policies.
- Training and Development: Identify training needs and facilitate learning opportunities for employee growth.
- HR Metrics Monitoring: Track key HR metrics such as turnover rates and cost-per-hire to assess effectiveness.
- Budget Management: Review departmental budgets to ensure effective allocation of resources.
- Compliance Assurance: Ensure all HR practices comply with labor laws and regulations.
Requirements
- Education: Master's degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or a related field; relevant PG certification is a plus.
- Experience: Minimum of 8 years in human resources, with at least 3 years in a managerial role.
Skills:
- Strong leadership and team management abilities.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, stakeholder management
- Understanding of labor legislation.
- Ability to foster healthy employee relations and engagement.
- Advanced MS Excel Skills
