Job Description

Position Overview:

As a Real Estate Consultant Sales Executive, you will play a crucial role in driving sales and providing expert advice to clients in the real estate industry. You will be responsible for generating leads, building client relationships, and closing deals. Your expertise in real estate market trends, property valuation, and investment opportunities will help clients make informed decisions


Role & responsibilities

Lead Generation: Proactively identify potential clients through various channels such as referrals, networking events, online platforms, and marketing campaigns.

  • Client Consultation: Understand clients' needs and preferences by conducting thorough consultations and analysing their requirements. Provide professional guidance on property selection, investment opportunities, financing options, and market trends.
  • Property Presentations: Prepare and deliver compelling property presentations to clients, showcasing the features, benefits, and value proposition of available properties. Address any concerns or queries raised by clients.
  • Negotiation and Deal Closure: Engage in negotiations with clients, property owners, and other relevant parties to secure favourable terms and conditions for both buyers and sellers. Follow through on the transaction process, ensuring all legal and financial requirements are met for a successful deal closure.
  • Market Research: Continuously stay updated on local and regional real estate market trends, property values, and investment opportunities. Analyse market data and provide insights to clients to assist them in making informed decisions.

Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, real estate developers, property owners, and other industry professionals. Nurture long-term connections to generate repeat business and referrals.

Documentation and Compliance: Ensure accurate and timely preparation of all necessary documentation, contracts, agreements, and compliance requirements related to real estate transactions. Adhere to legal and ethical standards throughout the process.

  • Sales Performance Tracking: Maintain detailed records of sales activities, client interactions, and deal progress. Track key performance indicators (KPIs) such as sales targets, conversion rates, and revenue generation to assess personal and team performance.
  • Industry Knowledge Sharing: Stay abreast of industry developments, market trends, and regulatory changes in the real estate sector. Share knowledge and expertise with colleagues and contribute to the overall growth and success of the organization.

Preferred candidate profile

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Real Estate, or a related field (preferred).

• Proven track record in real estate sales or a similar role, with a strong understanding of sales techniques and customer relationship management.

• In-depth knowledge of the local real estate market, including property types, pricing, investment opportunities, and legal regulations.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport with clients and negotiate effectively.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities to assess client needs, evaluate property values, and identify investment prospects.

• Proficiency in using CRM software, online property databases, and other real estate tools.

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team, while managing multiple priorities and meeting deadlines
