The IT Manager s primary responsibility is to manage the Infrastructure Services Team (IT Support Help Desk) as well as managing Service Providers and Vendors delivering services to Organization.
Manager, IT Services is responsible for planning and coordination of all IT Support aspects of on-premise and off-premise infrastructure (network, server, database, PC s, printers, mobile devices, remote access, etc.) as well as the operations of said infrastructure.
Qualification:- Associates degree in related Information Technology area plus 5 years of IT Experience degree preferred.
8 years IT Experience of which 5 are in an IT service support role
Managing implementation of full system integrations
Experience partnering with internal business stakeholders to address business requirements
