Deputy Project Manager - Structures & Highway

Roles and Responsibilities

• Manage project schedules, budgets, and resources to deliver projects on time and within budget.
  
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams including engineers, contractors, and suppliers to ensure smooth execution of projects.
  
• Conduct site visits to monitor progress, identify issues, and implement corrective actions as needed.
  
• Develop and maintain relationships with clients to understand their requirements and expectations.
  
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations, quality standards, and environmental norms throughout the project lifecycle.
  

Desired Candidate Profile

• 10-15 years of experience in civil engineering or related field (structural engineering).
  
• Diploma/B.Tech/B.E. degree in Civil from a recognized institution.
  
• Strong knowledge of building construction processes, highway construction methods (including flyovers), planning engineering principles.
  
• Proficiency in PQC (Project Quality Control) systems; familiarity with bridge construction techniques.
