Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced and results-driven ERP Project Manager to lead the implementation and management of our Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) system. The ERP Project Manager will be responsible for overseeing the planning, execution, and delivery of the ERP project, ensuring it meets business objectives, timelines, and budget constraints. This role involves collaborating with key stakeholders, managing cross-functional teams, and ensuring the seamless integration of the ERP system into the organizations operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Project Planning & Execution:
• Lead the full project lifecycle from initiation to go-live and post-implementation support.
• Develop detailed project plans, including scope, timeline, resources, budget, and deliverables.
• Define clear milestones and KPIs for the ERP implementation.
• Ensure the project is aligned with the company's business objectives and requirements.
• Stakeholder Management:
• Engage and communicate with internal stakeholders (e.g., department heads, business users) to understand their requirements and ensure the ERP system meets their needs.
• Act as the primary point of contact for all project-related queries and updates.
• Facilitate regular status meetings with stakeholders to provide project progress updates, risk assessments, and issue resolution.
• Team Leadership & Coordination:
• Lead and coordinate cross-functional teams including IT, business analysts, developers, consultants, and vendors.
• Ensure effective collaboration among all team members and external partners to deliver the project on time and within scope.
• Manage project team resources, monitor progress, and resolve conflicts or issues as they arise.
• Risk & Issue Management:
• Identify potential risks and issues that may impact the success of the ERP implementation.
• Develop and execute mitigation strategies to address these risks and ensure project continuity.
• Monitor and report on project risks and issues regularly to senior management.
• Budget & Resource Management:
• Manage the project budget, ensuring the project stays within financial constraints.
• Allocate resources efficiently and adjust plans as needed to meet project objectives.
• Track and report on project expenditures and resource utilization.
• Quality Assurance:
• Ensure that the ERP system meets quality standards and adheres to industry best practices.
• Oversee user acceptance testing (UAT) and ensure that the system is thoroughly tested before go-live.
• Monitor post-implementation support and ensure that any issues are addressed in a timely manner.
• Change Management:
• Lead change management efforts to ensure smooth adoption of the ERP system across the organization.
• Develop and deliver training programs for end-users and ensure proper documentation is available.
• Support employees during the transition to the new system and help resolve any challenges.
• Post-Implementation Support:
• Ensure a smooth post-implementation phase, including troubleshooting, bug fixes, and optimization.
• Provide ongoing support and maintenance to ensure the ERP system continues to meet business needs.
• Identify opportunities for future improvements and upgrades to the ERP system.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Education & Experience:
• Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.
• PMP, Prince2, or similar project management certification is a plus.
• Minimum of 10 years of experience in project management, with at least 5 years of experience in managing ERP implementations or upgrades (e.g., Odoo ,SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics, NetSuite).
• Technical & Functional Skills:
• Strong understanding of ERP systems and business processes (finance, supply chain, HR, etc.).
• Proficiency with project management tools (e.g., MS Project, JIRA, Asana, Trello).
• Familiarity with system integration, data migration, and ERP testing processes.
• Leadership & Communication:
• Excellent leadership and team management skills, with the ability to drive collaboration and foster a positive working environment.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with the ability to engage with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities, with a focus on achieving results.
• Other Skills:
• Ability to work under pressure and manage competing priorities.
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to adapt to changing business needs and project requirements.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience with specific ERP systems (e.g., Odoo, SAP, Oracle Cloud ERP, Microsoft Dynamics 365, NetSuite).
• Familiarity with Agileproject management methodologies.
• Experience in data analysis, reporting, and business process optimization.

• This position may require occasional travel for vendor meetings, workshops, or on-site support during the implementation phase.
