The S cheron Hasler Group is seeking an experienced Oracle ERP and Business Applications Project Manager with solid experience in managing ERP projects and a proven background as a Oracle e-business suite Business Analyst.
Main responsibilities:

- Analyze current business processes and workflows, identifying areas for improvement and alignment with Oracle ERP capabilities.
- Translate business needs into functional specifications and system design documents.
- Plan, execute, and monitor ERP and business application projects from initiation to closure, ensuring on-time and within-budget delivery.
- Develop detailed project plans, including scope, objectives, milestones, risks, and resource allocation.
- Manage project risks, issues, and dependencies, implementing mitigation strategies as necessary.
- Ensure alignment of ERP solutions with business goals and objectives.
- Ensure data migration, system integration, and testing are successfully executed.
- Coordinate post-implementation support, including user training, documentation, and system optimization.
- Bachelor s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience as an Oracle E-Business Suite Business Analyst.
