Project Manager-ERP Implementation

Project Planning and Execution:

• Develop detailed implementation plans based on customers needs.
• Review and Analyze customer’s requirement and clearly define project scope, expectations, and deliverables.
• Manage project timelines and ensure timely completion of tasks throughout the implementation process.
• Monitor project progress, identify potential risks, and implement mitigation strategies.

Customer Onboarding:

• Guide customers through the onboarding process, providing comprehensive training on the SaaS product features and functionalities.
• Conduct data migration and configuration activities to align with customer’s requirements.
• Address customer concerns and provide ongoing support during the implementation phase.

Stakeholder Management:

• Establish strong relationships with key client stakeholders, including decision-makers, end-users, and IT teams.
• Facilitate communication between internal teams (sales, product, support) and clients throughout the implementation process.
• Proactively manage expectations and address any potential concerns.

Process Improvement:

• Identify areas for improvement in the implementation process and develop best practices to streamline future projects.
• Continuously monitor and refine implementation methodologies to enhance customer satisfaction.
