Responsibilities:

• Create and own all strategy and plans to achieve revenue targets for customer experience solutions.
• Meet and exceed sales targets, while ensuring customer satisfaction and retention.
• Develop and manage in-bound and out-bound lead generation processes required to achieve sales targets.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders in target accounts.
• Develop value added proposals and negotiate contracts to close deals.
• Stay up to date with industry trends, market developments, and competitive offerings.
• Work in close collaboration with the Product and Marketing teams
• Develop a customer relationship management program for the current and future subscribers.
• Provide accurate sales forecasts and reports to management on a regular basis.

Required Skills and Experience

• 10 -14 years of experience in a sales role, preferably in the customer experience software industry.
• Experience in - selling of IT Services / Software / SaaS sales.
• Proven track record of consistently achieving or exceeding sales targets.
• Strong knowledge of customer experience technologies, including CRM, help desk, and support systems.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate complex concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Exceptional negotiation and closing skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Willingness to travel, as required.
