SAP FICO Solution Architect/Functional Lead (10-19 yrs)

Job Title: Sr. Manager - SAP S4 HANA Solution Architect

- We are looking for an experienced SAP Solution Manager to independently oversee and manage SAP S4 HANA Assessment projects.

- The ideal candidate will work closely with multiple legal entities to ensure that the solution design is optimal, minimally customized, and aligned with business objectives.

- The SAP Solution Manager will also be responsible for governance, ensuring proper configuration, and ensuring timely project delivery.

Requirements:

- Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, business administration, or related field.

- 12-15 Years of Experience as SAP Delivery Manager with minimum 5 SAP implementations which includes 2 S4 HANA implementations.

- Delivered SAP HANA Implementation, Support, SAP upgrade to HANA and AMS Projects.

- Must have very strong solution designing, architecting, integration with other SAP modules and third-party systems like SFDC etc

- Proven experience as a SAP HANA Delivery Manager or similar role, with a strong background in SAP HANA implementations and project management.

- Knowledge of SOX compliance requirements and experience implementing controls and processes in a regulated environment.

- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with diverse teams and stakeholders.

- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.

- Project management certification (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2) is a plus.

- Experience working in agile or iterative project management methodologies is preferred.

- Familiarity with SAP solutions and technologies is an advantage.

Key Responsibilities:

- SAP S4 HANA Assessment: Conduct comprehensive assessments for SAP S4 HANA implementation across multiple legal entities. Identify business requirements, analyze current systems, and develop detailed assessment reports.

- Solution Design: Collaborate with stakeholders to design SAP solutions that are efficient, scalable, and require minimal customization. Ensure that the design aligns with industry best practices and business goals.

- Project Governance: Establish and enforce governance policies and procedures to ensure that the project follows best practices, maintains high quality, and delivers on time.

- Monitor project progress and make adjustments as necessary.

- Configuration Management: Oversee the configuration of SAP S4 HANA modules to ensure they meet business requirements and comply with organizational standards.

- Ensure that configurations are documented and communicated to relevant stakeholders.

- Stakeholder Engagement: Work closely with business leaders, IT teams, and external consultants to gather requirements, provide updates, and ensure alignment with project goals. Act as the primary point of contact for all project-related matters.

- Risk Management: Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies to address them. Ensure that risks are documented, monitored, and communicated to stakeholders.

- Quality Assurance: Implement quality assurance processes to ensure that the project meets defined standards and requirements. Conduct regular reviews and audits to ensure compliance.

- Compliance: Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, including SOX compliance, and implement controls and processes to mitigate risks.
