XXXXXX & CO (Studio office) a leading company in office furniture is seeking a Sales Department Coordinator / Secretary to join their team in Larnaka. , Cyprus, Europe.

Role & responsibilities

The Sales Department Coordinator / Secretary will play a key role in supporting the sales team by combining administrative and design responsibilities.

This role involves preparing tailored office furniture proposals, creating detailed layouts using AutoCAD and presenting solutions to clients.

The ideal candidate should have strong technical skills, excellent communication abilities and a proactive approach to customer service and project coordination

Preferred candidate profile

• Excellent managerial and organizational skills
• Previous experience in a similar role is not required but it will be an advantage
• Graduate of higher education (University or College)
• Very good knowledge in MS office, AutoCAD and interpretation of technical drawings
• Excellent command of the English language (speaking and writing)
• Strong problem solving and decision-making abilities
• Initiative and ability to work independently and under pressure
• Pleasant personality with excellent communication skills
• A valid clean criminal record certificate
• Holder of driving license
• Provide administrative support to the sales department in daily operations
• Propose office furniture solutions to potential clients
• Study and prepare layouts and designs for office furniture arrangements
• Prepare detailed offers and present them to clients
• Support the sales department with administrative tasks including communication and follow-ups
• Prepare and manage sales reports
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth sales operations
• Manage incoming and outgoing communications (calls, emails)
• Record and monitor orders and customers information
