Interior Designer - Architect

Role Overview:
The Architect Cum Interior Designer will lead design and execution efforts for projects primarily in the retail and hospitality sectors. This position involves creating innovative concepts, managing technical details, and collaborating closely with clients, internal teams, and external vendors to ensure exceptional project delivery

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute design concepts, layouts, and contract documents aligned with client needs.
• Design bespoke furniture pieces and modular systems with a focus on aesthetics and functionality.
• Meet clients to gather requirements, present designs, and ensure project alignment.
• Prepare BOQs, coordinate with stakeholders, and manage project timelines and execution.
• Lead sales-driven design meetings, delivering compelling presentations to secure client confidence.
• Oversee technical design elements, including material specifications, execution drawings, and civil works.

Required Skills and Competencies:

• Proficiency in design tools such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, 3ds Max, Photoshop, Illustrator, and PowerPoint.
• Strong expertise in conceptual design, material knowledge, and project execution.
• In-depth understanding of space planning, civil works, and service installations.
• Creative and detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects in retail, commercial, and hospitality sectors.

Qualifications:

• Bachelors Degree in Architecture or a related field.
• 5–10 years of relevant experience with a strong portfolio showcasing retail and hospitality projects.
• Experience in furniture design, modular systems, and project management.
