Role & responsibilities

Preparation of Housing Layout, Electrical Layout, Ceiling electrical layout

Preparation of Flooring & ceiling drawing with section & details

Preparation of Interior Drawings

Producing working drawing pacakages, mood & sample boards & also 3d visuals

Collaborating & coordinating project activities with all team members associated with different projects

Delivering projects under strict deadlines and within the project

Complete of Projects on time

Client Interactions for Projects

Meeting new & existing clients and determining their requirements

Preparing quotation for clients

Develop business relationships with clients, architects and other project tema members.

Follow up work/drawings with Client & Office/Factory

Preferred candidate profile

Must have knowledge of AutoCad 2D.
