Revenue & Target Management:
Set and achieve quarterly and annual sales targets for both individual and team goals.
Drive revenue growth through targeted lead generation, client acquisition, and upselling initiatives.
Manage pricing and proposal strategies to maximize profitability.
Team Leadership & Development:
Recruit, train, and develop a high-performing sales team capable of achieving ambitious targets.
Provide ongoing coaching, mentorship, and performance feedback to ensure team motivation and growth.
Foster a culture of accountability, continuous learning, and customer-centricity.
Client Relationship Management:
Build and nurture strong relationships with key clients, stakeholders, and partners.
Act as the primary point of contact for major accounts and ensure customer satisfaction.
Handle escalations and develop solutions to meet client expectations and requirements.
Sales Operations & Reporting:
Oversee CRM management, sales forecasting, and pipeline tracking to optimize the sales process.
Analyze sales data to measure team performance and identify areas for improvement.
Prepare and present regular sales reports and insights to senior management.
Requirements:
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field; MBA preferred.
Experience: Minimum of 8-10 years of sales experience, with at least 5 years in a leadership role, preferably within sales training, consulting, or a related field.
Skills:
Strong business acumen and a deep understanding of the sales training market in India.
Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets in a competitive environment.
