Role Overview:
- We are looking for an experienced Digital Marketing Lead to take ownership of and drive Neutrinos' digital marketing strategy across multiple pillars.
- This role will dynamically switch between functioning as an individual contributor, leading an internal team, and collaborating with external agencies.
- You will own, execute, and grow Neutrinos' digital marketing efforts globally across search optimization, performance marketing, website management, digital reputation, and CRM management, among other essential areas.
Key Responsibilities:
- Website Management: Own and grow Neutrinos' website as a central digital asset, optimizing for user engagement and brand alignment.
- Performance Marketing: Drive impactful performance marketing campaigns that maximize brand visibility and lead generation within budget constraints.
- Search Engine Optimization (SEO): Develop and execute SEO strategies to increase organic search rankings and web traffic.
- Tracking and Reporting: Lead digital performance tracking and reporting, using data to refine and demonstrate marketing impact.
- Content Syndication and Digital Partnerships: Manage content syndication and establish digital partnerships that elevate Neutrinos' online presence.
- Social Media and YouTube Management: Grow the LinkedIn follower base and YouTube engagement to build brand relevance and visibility.
- Inbound Workflow Management: Optimize inbound workflows for lead capture, nurturing, and seamless conversion to sales.
- CRM Management: Oversee and refine CRM processes within HubSpot, ensuring data accuracy and visibility for strategic marketing decisions.
Expected Qualifications:
- 5-7 years of hands-on experience in Digital Marketing, preferably in a fast-growing B2B startup environment.
- Proven track record in executing and scaling digital marketing programs.
- Proficiency in Google Analytics, LinkedIn Ad Platform, and HubSpot.
- Exposure to Craft CMS is a plus.
- Experience working in cross-functional teams and with diverse, culturally global teams.
- Ability to adapt and switch between individual contributions, team leadership, and collaboration with external agencies.

Round 1: Head of Growth Marketing - Initial screening and experience assessment.
Round 2: Chief Marketing Officer - Strategic alignment.
Round 3: Project Assignment to Marketing Leadership - Demonstrate problem-solving and digital expertise.
Round 4: CEO - Cultural and vision alignment.
