Job Summary:
We are looking for a high-performing Inside Sales Executive to generate and qualify leads for the US and European markets, working in alignment with their time zones. The ideal candidate is a self-starter with proven expertise in cold calling, lead generation, and pipeline building in the technology services industry. Your focus will be to proactively identify opportunities, build relationships with prospects, and contribute to the overall revenue goals of the organisation
Key Responsibilities:
1. Lead Generation and Outreach:
• Conduct high-volume outbound prospecting via phone calls, emails, and LinkedIn to
generate qualified leads.
• Build a pipeline of potential customers in the US and Europe by identifying key
decision-makers.
2. Sales Engagement:
• Engage prospects in meaningful conversations to understand their business
challenges and position Neuronimbuss services as the ideal solution.
• Schedule and facilitate discovery calls or product demos with senior sales executives.
3. Market Research and Strategy:
• Perform market research to identify new business opportunities and develop strategies
to target key industries and accounts.
• Stay updated on industry trends, competitor offerings, and market dynamics to craft
compelling value propositions.
4. CRM and Reporting:
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date information in the CRM system, tracking all sales
activities, leads, and opportunities.
• Prepare and present regular reports on lead generation, pipeline progress, and sales
performance to the sales manager.
5. Collaboration and Feedback:
• Work closely with the marketing team to align on lead-nurturing strategies and
campaigns.
• Provide feedback from prospects to refine messaging, products, or services.
Key Requirements:
Experience:
•Minimum 2 years in international sales targeting the US and European markets, preferably i
in analytics, software engineering, or cloud services.
• Proven track record in cold calling and qualifying leads in a B2B technology environment.
Skills:
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with a global accent suitable for
international markets.
• Strong ability to build rapport and establish trust with prospects quickly.
• Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., ZohoCRM, HubSpot), email marketing tools, and sales
productivity tools.
Attributes:
• Self-motivated, results-driven, and proactive in achieving and exceeding sales targets.
• Organized with excellent time management and multitasking skills.
• Ability to work independently while aligning with global sales strategies and goals.
Education:
•Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (preferred but not
mandatory
