QA Engineer Manual and Automation Testing

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop, execute, and maintain manual and automated test cases for web and mobile applications.
• Design and implement automation frameworks using Cypress to enhance testing efficiency.
• Perform comprehensive testing, including functional, regression, performance, and integration testing.
• Collaborate with development and DevOps teams to integrate testing into the CI/CD pipelines.
• Monitor test results, log defects, and ensure timely resolution of issues.
• Analyze user stories, requirements, and acceptance criteria to create effective test strategies.
• Conduct root cause analysis of defects and improve testing processes.
• Stay updated on industry best practices and tools for quality assurance and testing.

Requirements:

• Experience: 34 years in QA (Manual and Automation Testing).
• Skills:
• Proficiency in automation testing using Cypress.
• Strong knowledge of manual testing methodologies and processes.
• Hands-on experience with CI/CD tools such as Jenkins, GitLab CI, or similar.
• Familiarity with DevOps practices and tools like Docker, Kubernetes, or AWS.
• Experience in API testing using tools like Postman or REST Assured.
• Knowledge of version control tools like Git.
• Soft Skills: Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

Preferred Skills:

• Exposure to performance testing tools like JMeter or LoadRunner.
• Basic programming knowledge in JavaScript, Python, or related languages.
• Experience with cloud environments like AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
• Knowledge of agile methodologies and tools like Jira or Trello.
