Role & responsibilities
* Calling leads (No cold-calling targets) and convincing them to buy our upskilling courses
* Generating revenue by counseling prospects and converting them into sales
* Responding quickly to assigned leads and keeping a regular follow-up with interested leads
* Using and becoming an expert on the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system. i.e Leadsquared
* Building relations with current users and getting referrals
* Willingness to be measured by weekly and monthly metrics
Who are we looking for?
* Any Graduate
* 6 months - 5 years of experience in Inside Sales / Outbound Sales / Telesales / Educational Sales
* Good written and spoken English & can speak Hindi
* Good negotiation and pitching skills are required
* Passion to work in a fast-paced start-up
* Ed-tech experience is a must.
* Punctuality and discipline
* Multidisciplinary continuous learning mindset
* Customer focus with a good convincing ability and confident personality
* Meeting and exceeding pipeline contribution goals
