Role & responsibilities

1. Knowledge of Windows desktop OS, Server OS & Linux
2. Install, Configure, and Maintain system with Linux or Windows operating systems
3. Basic Command-line experience on Ubuntu or CentOS Configuration of servers like Samba, FTP, NFS
4. Good experience in Windows Server Configuration & maintenance which services like WSUS, DNS, AD, Group Policy, 
5. Good knowledge of Desktop and Server hardware & software troubleshooting
6. Good understanding of networking, IP, Subnets, Port Forwarding, DHCP, DNS, Route
7. Experience in managing Network-Firewall and ACL rules
8. Capable to handle Desktop support routine tasks
9. Communication Skills and Email Writing
