3) Installation of Operating Systems Win XP, Win 7, Win 8, Win 10

4) Troubleshooting & maintenance of PCs. & Laptops.

5) Installation of application software.

6) Installation of device drivers & hardware components

7) Concept of Network Technology

8) Knowledge on the connectivity of end-to-end devices

9) Knowledge of Ethernet Technology & its Medium

10) Concept of IP Flow

11) Knowledge of OSI Layer

12) Knowledge of TCP / IP

13) Knowledge about Network Architecture and its design rules

14) Routing Protocols

15) Knowledge of Class full, Classless, Access list, Metro Ethernet, Stub Router, NAT, VLAN, STP

16) Knowledge of IP Services
