Job Description
Role & responsibilities
- Knowledge of Windows desktop OS, Server OS & Linux
- Install, Configure, and Maintain system with Linux or Windows operating systems
- Basic Command-line experience on Ubuntu or CentOS Configuration of servers like Samba, FTP, NFS
- Good experience in Windows Server Configuration & maintenance which services like WSUS, DNS, AD, Group Policy,
- Good knowledge of Desktop and Server hardware & software troubleshooting
- Good understanding of networking, IP, Subnets, Port Forwarding, DHCP, DNS, Route
- Experience in managing Network-Firewall and ACL rules
- Capable to handle Desktop support routine tasks
- Communication Skills and Email Writing
