Job Description

What will you do:

We are looking for a Receptionist / Front Office Representative to be the face of our company and ensure a seamless experience for all visitors and clients. This role combines excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to communicate effectively with clients and internal teams.

Job responsibilities:

  • Reception: Act as the first point of contact for visitors and clients, providing a welcoming, professional, and helpful atmosphere.
  • Administrative Support: Manage daily office tasks, including scheduling appointments, handling correspondence, and maintaining office documentation.
  • Facility Management: Oversee the cleanliness and organization of the front office area, ensuring a productive and inviting environment for clients and staff.
  • Coordination & Communication: Assist in coordinating meetings, events, and internal communications across the office to ensure smooth operations.
  • Records Management: Maintain accurate records of visitors, appointments, and office-related documents to ensure compliance and efficiency.
  • Travel Desk Handling: Manage travel arrangements for employees and executives, ensuring timely and cost-effective bookings.
  • Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with visitors and clients to ensure their needs are met and create a positive first impression of NPST.

What are we looking for:

  • Experience & Professionalism: 3-5 years in a receptionist or administrative role with excellent communication and a professional attitude.
  • Organizational Skills: Strong ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment with high attention to detail.
  • Technical Proficiency: Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and experience with office equipment and management software.
  • Problem-Solving & Adaptability: Ability to stay calm under pressure, handle challenges, and adapt to changing priorities.
  • Client Relations & Travel Coordination: Strong interpersonal skills with experience in managing client relationships and handling travel arrangements.
  • Entrepreneurial skills, ability to observe, innovate and own your work.
  • Detail-oriented and organized with strong time management skills. 
  • Influencing skills and the ability to create positive working relationships with team members at all levels.  
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Collaborative approach and work with perfection as a group effort to achieve organization goal.

Education Qualification Graduate

Total Experience - 3 to 5 years

Industry - IT/Software/BFSI/ Banking /Fintech

Work arrangement – 5 days working from office

Location – Thane (Wagle Estate)
