Job Description
- Greet and welcome patients and visitors in a courteous and professional manner.
- Manage patient appointments, including scheduling, rescheduling, and cancellations.
- Answer incoming calls and emails, and handle inquiries or redirect as necessary.
- Maintain patient records and ensure accuracy of information.
- Process patient payments, issue receipts, and handle billing inquiries.
- Coordinate with medical staff to ensure smooth patient flow and timely appointments.
- Keep the reception area tidy and presentable at all times.
- Assist with administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and inventory management.
- Provide general information about clinic services, policies, and procedures to patients and visitors.
- Handle confidential patient information with utmost discretion and maintain patient confidentiality.
Strong Soft skills and a pleasant personality.
Freshers from Hospitality Institutes like Frankfinn or Hotel Management
OR
1+ Years of experience in Hotels / Restaurants / Spas. Must have customer
