Frontend Engineer

• We are looking for a Frontend Developer for a Payment Solutions Startup established by experts from the Payments Industry, who possess a rich work experience in distinguished firms such as Expedia, Google Pay, Uber, PhonePe, and American Express
• The start-up is backed by top-tier venture capitalists, marquee angel investors, and industry mentors

Job Profile:

• Developing responsive web portals from scratch and rolling out changes into existing ones.
• Collaborating with coworkers to conceptualize, develop, and release software.
• Working with customers on technical issues including software system design and maintenance.
• Own your assigned modules and take care of it end-to-end with guidance from seniors as needed.
• Regularly attending team meetings to discuss projects, brainstorm ideas, and put forward solutions to any issues.
• Leading the juniors by mentoring and guiding them on technical front.

Requirements:

• Bachelor s degree in computer science or related degree.
• 3+ years of total experience in designing and developing software as a frontend developer.
• Strong experience in designing and developing responsive web portals using React.js
• Proficiency in HTML, CSS and Javascript
• Ability to write unit testing of code components and functional tests for modules.
• Experience working in AWS stack like S3, EKS, MSK and ELBs is a big plus.
• Knowledge of Scrum software development life-cycle is desirable.
• The desire to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong analytical skills and good communication skills.
