UI / UX Designer

• We are looking for an UI/UX Designer for a Payment Solutions Startup established by experts from the Payments Industry, who possess a rich work experience in distinguished firms such as Expedia, Google Pay, Uber, PhonePe, and American Express.
• The start-up is backed by top-tier venture capitalists, marquee angel investors, and industry mentors.

Job Profile:
Creating merchant dashboards for mobile and web based applications
Apply brand identity systems, typography, photography, colour, and other items to create consistent software experiences that align with merchant needs.
Create wireframes, mock-ups, style guides, prototypes, site maps and other design artefacts to effectively communicate our design approach
Manage UI adjustments based on merchant feedback and analytics to further optimise the experience
Collaborate with the product team, and developers to create User experiences and drawing wireframes.
Validating design decisions and iterating to continuously improve our valuable users journeys.

Requirements:
3- 5 years of experience in UI and UX Web designing
Proficiency in English comprehension and writing, Experience in Figma is a must.
Experience in creating creative Dashboards for teams.
Past experience in Payment processing applications is a big plus.
Experience across all phases of product design from ideation, user research, prototyping, design iteration, and high-fidelity UI and specs.
Ability to create simple interfaces making it easier for merchants
