Associate Director - Marketplace Ads - B2B SaaS Platform (7-12 yrs)

We are seeking an Associate Director Marketplace Ads for a B2B SaaS Platform that offers eCommerce Sales Automation.

Job Profile:.

- Primary focused on Amazon and Flipkart ads.

- Develop and execute a comprehensive Amazon marketplace strategy aligned with overall business goals.

- Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer behavior to identify opportunities for growth and improvement.

- Implement best practices for product discoverability and conversion rate optimization.

- Monitor customer reviews and feedback, addressing any issues promptly to enhance customer satisfaction and Implement strategies to improve the overall customer experience.

- Assist in growth activities by creating and presenting brand strategy to clients considering category performance on AMS, advertising account learnings, and stage of the brand life cycle.

- Thereby aligning them with the return expectations.

- Keep up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in Amazon and Flipkart ads and share insights with the team.

- Conduct academy calls to ensure the flow of knowledge throughout the team.

- Develop and maintain documentation, including training materials, ops manuals, etc.

Requirements:.

- Minimum of 7+ years of experience in managing marketplace ads (Amazon and Flipkart) across multiple industries & geographies.

- Experience in planning various off-AMS promotion activities on Amazon such as DSP, Co-op promotions, live commerce, etc.

- Hand-on experience in Flipkart Ads.
