Job Description

At Netra Technosys , we are looking for a versatile HR Cum Business Development Executive to manage recruitment, office activities, and employee engagement while driving business growth through Upwork bidding and lead generation on platforms like LinkedIn and Twitter. If youre passionate about people management and business development, this is a great opportunity to make an impact.

Responsibilities

Manage recruitment processes, including sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding new candidates. Organize and coordinate office activities, team-building events, and employee engagement initiatives.
Foster a positive work environment by addressing employee needs and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations.
Oversee performance management, training, and development activities to enhance team productivity.

Requirements

Experience in HR management, including recruitment and employee engagement.
Proven success in Upwork bidding and generating leads using digital platforms like LinkedIn and Twitter.
Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills. Ability to multitask and manage both HR and business development responsibilities effectively. Proactive, goal-oriented and highly motivated.
We will provide training. However, The candidate must have at least BBA or MBA qualification.
