HR Executive

We are looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented HR Executive with a strong focus on Management Information Systems (MIS). The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in supporting HR operations through the effective management and reporting of HR data, ensuring smooth and accurate processing of HR metrics, and leveraging technology to optimize HR workflows.

• Maintain and manage HR MIS databases, ensuring accuracy and timely reporting of key HR metrics (e.g., headcount, attrition, recruitment, training, and performance).
• Generate regular HR reports for management and leadership to assess the effectiveness of HR programs and strategies.
• Track employee data and create dashboards to provide insights for decision-making.
• Support the HR team with day-to-day MIS-related tasks, ensuring data integrity and compliance with company policies.
• Analyze HR trends, such as turnover rates and hiring patterns, to assist in the development of HR strategies.
• Design and implement customized reports and templates for HR tracking.
• Maintain employee records and HR-related documents in the HRMS (Human Resource Management System).
• Assist in the creation of HR metrics for performance appraisals, training programs, and other HR initiatives.
• Collaborate with HR Managers and senior leaders to understand HR data needs and provide data-driven insights for HR-related decision-making.
• Ensure compliance with data privacy regulations related to employee information and HR data reporting.
• Support other HR functions, including recruitment, onboarding, and employee engagement, as needed.
