We are looking for a Backend Developer (Python/Go) who thrives in building high-performance, scalable systems and is eager to work on complex challenges in cloud-based environments.

Key Responsibilities :

- Develop high-speed campaign generation services capable of sending 10 million notifications per minute.

- Design and maintain Kubernetes clusters running in VPCs across the globe.

- Build real-time dashboards displaying key performance indicators for clients.

- Develop user segmentation engines capable of handling terabytes of data in seconds.

- Leverage AWS services like Kinesis Data Streams, Lambda, SQS to create robust, scalable architectures.

- Implement reliable and fault-tolerant features for an optimal customer experience.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams throughout the software development lifecycle.

- Identify areas for improvement through data insights and research.

Skills and Qualifications Required :

- 3-6 years of experience in Python/Go development.

- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.

- Proficiency in a front-end or back-end framework like Angular, React, Vue, Django, or Flask.

- Experience in web and database architecture design.

- Strong knowledge of RESTful API design and development.

- Hands-on experience with CI/CD pipelines and deployment automation.

- Experience with AWS/GCP for server management and deployment.

- Familiarity with CSS pre-processors, bundlers, and tools like Sass, Less, and Webpack.

- Experience with testing frameworks and unit testing.

- Knowledge of queueing systems like RabbitMQ, Kafka, Celery, RedisQ
