The Impact you will create:

• Focus centered on emerging markets, specifically Southeast Asia and the Middle East & African regions.
• Lead technical and solution pre-sales activities for large prospective Netcore customers, including:
• In-depth exploration of current and potential customer tech stacks.
• Identification of business and technical challenges and opportunities.
• Response to Requests for Proposal/Information (RFP/RFI) as required.
• Deliver polished and insightful product demonstrations.
• Collaborate with product marketing, product development, consulting, growth, onboarding, and customer success teams to address existing gaps, future strategies, and product roadmaps to ensure customer success.
• Contribute to and refine the Sales Engineer playbook.
• Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and meetups

What we look for:

• Strong sense of ownership, discipline, focus, and commitment.
• Exceptional attention to detail and adept objection-handling skills.
• Ability to create impactful demonstrations that inspire and innovate, with support from the content team and various tools.
• Minimum of 3-5 years of sales engineering or pre-sales experience in the MarTech industry.
• Outstanding written, verbal, and presentation skills (both technical and business).
• The role is based in Mumbai, with the flexibility to travel to different countries for in-person meetings with large accounts, as required.
• A passion for learning new tools and staying updated on market trends.
• Preference for candidates with experience in the same or a similar SaaS space.
• Proven ability to support clients with complex MarTech needs.
• Capacity to support multiple Sales Leaders located across Emerging Markets, including Southeast Asia, the Middle East, and Africa.
