Brand & Communication Designer (Marketing)

2+ years of experience in communication design, preferably within the design, technology or marketing industry

Job Location: Bangalore (100% onsite, work from studio)

Bachelors degree in Communication Design, Visual Communication, or a related field.

Description
We are looking for a Brand & Communication Designer to join our marketing team. The ideal candidate has a keen eye for detail and a strong ability to create visually compelling designs across various platforms, including social media, podcasts & marketing campaigns This role requires close collaboration with internal teams to translate brand values, goals & objectives into impactful creative expressions.

Role & Responsibilities
Design engaging communication strategies for social media platforms (YouTube, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter, etc).
Ideate & execute strong visual communication forms like (but not limited to) posters, carousels, e-books etc.
Maintain & design cohesive visual branding across social media, website and marketing collateral.
Design visually appealing presentations to support marketing initiatives.
Maintain brand consistency, ensuring the content aligns with the brand guidelines.
Evolve the brands visual language based on studio goals, platform-specific trends & industry insights.

Must have Skills
Strong portfolio showcasing visual communication skills (Motion design would be a plus).
Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects) and Figma.
Deep understanding of visual design principles, typography, color theory & motion design.
Excellent collaboration & communication skills for effective teamwork.
Strong organizational abilities to manage multiple tracks & deadlines.
Knowledge of design requirements for social media platforms & marketing campaigns.
