About the Role :

NetAnalytiks is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Zscaler Network Security Engineer to provide technical expertise and support for IT security systems and services. This role requires a broad and in-depth understanding of IT security infrastructure implementation, management, operations, and solution delivery. The ideal candidate will be capable of shaping and delivering sound technical solutions aligned with NAB's security and risk appetite.

Key Responsibilities :

- Provide technical advice and expertise on IT security technologies and solutions.

- Design, implement, and manage security infrastructure, including Internet Proxy Access Services (Zscaler/McAfee), End User Security products (Zscaler ZPA, ZIA), Networks (communication concepts and Load Balancers), and Firewalls (Checkpoint and FS).

- Administer and maintain Anti-Virus and Threat Protection products (McAfee, Defender, Crowdstrike, FireEye).

- Possess working knowledge of Cloud-Based technologies (AWS/Azure, Google Cloud) and their security implications.

- Implement automation across security platforms to improve delivery times and efficiency.

- Influence stakeholders to ensure appropriate security controls are implemented or that documented risk assessments are in place.

- Troubleshoot and resolve security incidents and issues.

- Stay up-to-date with the latest security threats, vulnerabilities, and technologies.

Required Skills & Experience :

- 6+ years of experience in IT security.

- Deep technical skills (plan, build, and run) across a broad range of infrastructure and security technologies.

Proven experience with the following product sets and principles :

- Internet Proxy Access Services (Zscaler/McAfee)

- End User Security products (Zscaler ZPA, ZIA)

- Networks (communication concepts and Load Balancers)

- Firewalls (Checkpoint and FS)

- Anti-Virus and Threat Protection products (McAfee, Defender, Crowdstrike, FireEye)

- Cloud-Based technologies (AWS/Azure, Google Cloud)

- Ability to implement automation across security platforms.

- Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Qualifications :

- Tertiary qualification in an IT discipline or related field.

- IT Security related certification (e.g., CISM, CISSP, etc.).
