Job Description :

NetAnalytiks is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Technical Manager specializing in Generative AI (GenAI). and Machine Learning (ML) to join our dynamic team.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in technology management, SaaS, and security product development, with a proven track record in client-facing roles and managing distributed teams.

Key Responsibilities :

Leadership & Management :

- Lead and manage a team of engineers and data scientists in the development and deployment of GenAI and ML solutions.

- Oversee project timelines, deliverables, and resource allocation to ensure successful project completion.

- Foster a collaborative and innovative team environment.

Technical Expertise :

- Provide technical guidance and mentorship to team members on GenAI and ML technologies.

- Stay updated with the latest advancements in AI/ML and integrate relevant technologies into projects.

- Ensure the implementation of best practices in software development, security, and data privacy.

Product Development :

- Drive the development of SaaS-based security products leveraging GenAI and ML.

- Collaborate with product management and other stakeholders to define product requirements and roadmaps.

- Ensure high-quality product releases through rigorous testing and quality assurance processes.

Client Engagement :

- Act as the primary technical point of contact for clients, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions.

- Present technical concepts and project updates to clients in a clear and concise manner.

- Build and maintain strong client relationships to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.

Team Management :

- Manage distributed teams across different locations, ensuring effective communication and coordination.

- Conduct regular performance reviews and provide constructive feedback to team members.

- Identify training and development needs to enhance team capabilities.

Qualifications :

Experience :

- Minimum of 3 years of experience in a technical management role.

- At least 6 years of experience in SaaS architecture and product development.

- Proven experience in SaaS and security product development.

- Experience in client-facing roles and managing distributed teams.

Technical Skills :

- Strong knowledge of GenAI and ML technologies and frameworks.

- Proficiency in data engineering tools and frameworks, including Kafka or RabbitMQ.

- Strong understanding of data fabrics and scalable data architectures.

- Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, Java, or C++.

- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud) and DevOps practices.

Soft Skills :

- Excellent leadership and team management skills.

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

- Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
