We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled AI Engineer to join a significant internal strategic initiative and contribute to developing solutions for complex AI/ML problems for our clients. - Lead and mentor teams while cultivating strong relationships with customer stakeholders, overseeing projects from inception to completion.

- Architect and design an intelligent, AI-powered platform that provides real-time insights to optimize projects.

- Utilize cutting-edge technologies like LLMs and Generative AI to develop innovative tools.

- Manage the integration of the platform with existing organizational systems, ensuring seamless, scalable, and secure solutions.

- Develop scalable, reliable, and high-performance software architectures.

- Conduct peer reviews and set standards for code quality and best practices.

What do we expect :

- 8-12 years of overall experience with relevant experience into MLE/MLOps/AI Engg.

- Experience in leading a team as well as handling customer stakeholders

- Proven expertise in working with LLMs, Generative AI, or similar AI technologies.

- Strong proficiency in backend development using Python frameworks (such as Django/Flask) or other similar technologies.

- In-depth understanding of APIs, microservices architecture, and cloud-based deployment strategies.

- Ability to drive collaboration across cross-functional teams and lead projects in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.

- Experience in mentoring and guiding teams, fostering collaboration across cross-functional groups.

- Passion for innovation, with the ability to stay updated with emerging technologies and apply them to solve complex challenges.

- Tier-1 college / M.S or M. Tech is preferred
