Position Summary: Customer Service Representative for Coffee Vending Machines

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-oriented individual to join our team as a Customer Service Representative for Coffee Vending Machines. In this role, you will be responsible for handling inbound and outbound calls related to our coffee vending machines. You will also be responsible for registering machine breakdown complaints received via email, WhatsApp, and calls, as well as responding to customer queries via email, chat, and calls.

What will make you successful:

• Education: Graduate/Postgraduate

• Experience:
• 2-3 years of minimum experience in customer handling, contact center role.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
• Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
• Proficient in using email, chat, and call management systems.
• Familiarity with coffee vending machines or similar equipment is a plus.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
• Flexibility to work on weekends and rotational shifts.

Role & responsibilities

• Handle inbound and outbound calls from customers regarding our coffee vending machines.
• Register machine breakdown complaints received via email, WhatsApp, and calls.
• Provide prompt and efficient resolution to customer queries and concerns via email, chat, and calls.
• Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction by ensuring timely and accurate responses.
• Collaborate with other team members to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to the coffee vending machines.
• Escalate complex issues to the appropriate department for further assistance and resolution.
• Maintain accurate and detailed records of customer interactions and transactions.
• Adhere to company policies and procedures while delivering exceptional customer service.
• Work 6 days a week with a rotational weekly off, following a 9-6pm schedule.
