What will make you successful:

• Education: Graduate/Post Graduate

• Experience:
• 2-3 years of experience minimum in HR domain
• Strong customer orientation & exceptional commitment to deliver quality service
• Experience in Success Factors/SAP
• It will be an added advantage if you have knowledge of SAP Reporting, MS Office, Power point and especially MS-Excel.

Role & responsibilities

• To provide expert support to the H2R team in terms of process & system knowledge and execution of analytical activities.
• Act as the subject matter expert for in-scope processes (HR Data Administration,) and market-specific knowledge, ensuring acquisition and cascade of these information to the operations
• Investigate & resolve process anomalies/ambiguities on employee data management as well as the HR systems and escalate to team lead as necessary
• Executes validation of employee data management & prepares control reports for certain critical data/processes.
• Ensure proper documentation of process updates on Standard Routines
• Gather and analyze transaction volumes and other relevant metrics to identify opportunities for process improvements
