Brand Specialist (Fixed Term Contract - 6 Months)

Job Title: Brand Specialist - Nestle CEREGROW

Location: Gurugram, Haryana

Duration: Fixed Term Contract Role- 6 Months

Job Summary: Nestlé CEREGROW is a kids cereal brand for 2-6 year olds. The Brand Specialist will play a pivotal role in accelerating trials for CEREGROW through effective sampling initiatives and channel partnerships. This position requires a strategic thinker with a strong ability to collaborate with various stakeholders, manage promotional activities, and provide administrative support to ensure the successful execution of marketing strategies.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Sampling and Activation:

• Plan and execute high-impact and at scale sampling initiatives for CEREGROW, ensuring excellence in execution by collaborating with stakeholders.
• Drive loop closure and achieve cost and reach efficiencies, maximizing conversions with each touchpoint.
• Manage PFME (Product Fixed Marketing Expenses), overseeing budget planning and ensuring delivery aligns with established plans.
• Identifying new and relevant partnerships for driving recruitment, eg. Pre-schools, cross category brands

2. Consumer Promotions:

• Manage vendors for promotional items, ensuring all necessary stakeholder approvals are obtained.
• Liaise with the Channel Development Team (CDT) to track consumer promo progression and engage sales teams to achieve promotional sales volume with mailers, contests, etc.
• Design and create impactful, clutter breaking visibility inputs for Point of Sale (POS) displays, coordinating approvals and facilitating last-mile execution across various branches.
• Oversee the design and approval processes for promotional tag-ons for CEREGROW TVC, ensuring timely asset releases.

3. Creative Design:

• Execute basic packaging changeovers like shippers and limited-period promotions.
• Manage topical social media content to enhance brand visibility and engagement with brands creative agency.

4. Administrative Support:

• Coordinate with the brand operations team for admin tasks like facilitating purchase order creation, manage SDCs for media campaigns, etc.
• Ensure system readiness for new SKUs, including the creation of new FERT codes and workflow approvals for production readiness.
• Manage translations for various brand vernacular inputs in collaboration with agencies and obtain necessary approvals.
• Oversee product listing on new platforms, including Amazon, quick commerce, and chain pharmacies.
• Plan and coordinate tasting sessions in collaboration with the sensory lab.

Qualifications: MBA Marketing
