Human Resources Associate - Fixed Term Contract (6 months)

Position: Human Resources Associate (Fixed Term Contract - 6 months)

Location: Ponda, Goa

Main Purpose of the Job:

Managing and supporting the overall Factory Employee services for the unit- Ponda, Goa

Key Roles and Responsibilities:

1. Billing of various tasks required for General services
2. Transport: Managing entire transport as per safety protocols, as per timings, as per nestle standards
3. Canteen Management: Managing canteen related tasks (food safety, food standard, coordinating for food-audits as well) for 2000 workforce across different shifts
4. Uniform: Managing uniform and laundry for the entire workforce
5. PR/PO: Raising PR and Pos for all the HR processes
6. Chummery Management: Chummery/ Hostel management for all the trainees in the factory
7. Documentation related to Employee Services for Audit purposes

Experience Required: 1 - 3 Years
