Human Resource Generalist - Fixed Term - Mohali

Role & responsibilities

Recruitment and Staffing:

• Manage the recruitment process, from sourcing candidates to conducting interviews and making offers.
• Coordinate onboarding and orientation programs for new hires.
• Maintain job descriptions, job postings, and recruitment records.

Employee Relations:

• Serve as the point of contact for employee concerns, conflicts, and inquiries.
• Advise managers and employees on HR policies and procedures.
• Mediate and resolve employee disputes, fostering a positive work environment.

Training and Development:

• Coordinate training programs for employee skill development and leadership growth.
• Track training effectiveness and employee progress.
• Recommend training resources based on identified organizational needs.

HR Documentation and Reporting:

• Maintain employee records, ensuring all documentation is accurate and compliant with regulations.
• Prepare HR-related reports, metrics, and analysis for management.

Employee Engagement:

• Help implement employee engagement initiatives and recognition programs.
• Organize company events and team-building activities.
