Microsoft Power Automate Developer

Required Skills

• 2+ relevant years of experience working with Power Platform and automation technologies.
• Should have strong background in automation and workflow development, with hands on experience using Power Automate.
• Should have understanding how to interact with user interfaces, especially in virtual desktop environments like Microsoft Remote Desktop Services is important for RPA development .
• Proficient in developing solution using Microsoft Power Automate RPA tool and Power Fx.
• Familiarity with other RPA tool like (UiPath)
• Should have worked with various data sources.
• Experience automating integration tests for RESTful APIs using REST-assured.
• Should have experience in designing logical workflows and understanding business processes and hence reduced manual effort.
• Experience working with JSON and XML
• Strong working knowledge on any of the two languages is essential :
• Python
• .Net
• PowerShell

Key Responsibilities:

Design & Development:

• Create, configure, and maintain workflows using Microsoft Power Automate.
• Develop custom connectors, actions, and triggers in Power Automate.
• Integrate Power Automate with other Microsoft services and 3rd party.

Collaboration & Requirement Gathering:

• Work with stakeholders to identify automation opportunities and gather requirements.
• Analyze existing processes and suggest improvements through automation.
• Provide technical expertise and recommendations for implementing new workflows.

Testing & Maintenance:

• Conduct thorough testing of automated workflows to ensure functionality and reliability.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues with existing workflows.
• Continuously monitor and optimize workflows for performance and efficiency.
• Documentation & Training:
• Document all workflows, including design, development, and deployment processes.
• Provide training and support to end-users on using automated solutions.
• Create user guides and technical documentation for solutions developed.

Preferred Certification:

       Any of below certifications is preferred to have,

• Microsoft Certified: Power Automate Fundamentals.
• Microsoft Certified: Power Automate RPA Developer associate
• Microsoft Certified: Power Automate RPA Developer
