Experienced Microsoft Power Apps Developer

Job description

We are looking for a skilled Power Apps Developer with experience in Power Apps, Power Automate, Model-driven, and canvas apps, preferably with knowledge of Dynamics requirements. As a Power Apps Developer, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing custom applications using the Power Apps platform, integrating with other Microsoft technologies.

Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and implement Power Apps solutions using Power Apps, Power Automate, Model-driven, and canvas apps.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements, understand business processes, and translate them into technical specifications.
• Develop and maintain integrations between Power Apps and other Microsoft technologies, such as Dynamics 365, SharePoint, and Office 365, using Power Automate and other integration tools.
• Design and implement data models that are scalable and efficient.
• Ensure data quality, integrity, and consistency across solutions.
• Manage data migrations, ETL processes, and workflows.
• Customize Model-driven apps using the Power Apps Component Framework (PCF) and configure Model-driven forms, views, and business rules.
• Create responsive and user-friendly canvas apps using Power Apps, with a focus on UI/UX best practices.
• Develop and implement testing and quality assurance processes to ensure the performance, security, and reliability of Power Apps solutions.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to Power Apps, Power Automate, and other Microsoft technologies.
• Stay updated with the latest developments and updates in Power Apps, Power Automate, Model-driven, and canvas apps, and proactively suggest improvements and optimizations to existing solutions.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
• 3-5 years of experience in developing Power Apps solutions, including Power Automate, Model-driven, and canvas apps.
• Strong technical expertise in Power Apps platform, including Power Apps formulas, expressions, and data sources.
• Proficient in Microsoft technologies, including Dynamics 365, SharePoint, and Office 365.
• Experience in developing custom connectors, plugins, and custom workflows for Power Apps and Power Automate.
• Strong understanding of UI/UX best practices and ability to create responsive and user-friendly canvas apps.
• Knowledge of Power Apps Component Framework (PCF) for developing Model-driven apps.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Microsoft Power Apps and Power Automate certifications, such as Power Apps Developer Associate and Power Automate Developer.
• Power Platform App Maker or Power Platform Functional Consultant certification.
• Experience in developing Dynamics 365 solutions, including customizing forms, views, workflows, and business rules.
• Knowledge of other Microsoft technologies, such as Power BI, Azure, and Common Data Service (CDS).
• Familiarity with Agile development methodologies, such as Scrum or Kanban.
• Experience in integrating Power Apps with external systems using REST APIs, SQL, OData, OAuth, and other integration patterns.
• Familiarity with Azure services related to data, like Azure Logic Apps, Azure Data Factory, etc.
