Experience: 7+ years in Salesforce core, with expertise in Integrations, Apex, Data Migration, ETL, Talend, scripting, customizations, and flows/workflows. Strong technical expertise is required.
Additionally, 2+ years of experience as a team lead.
Soft Skills:
Willing to get hands-on with code when required.
A hustler/explorer, eager to work on POCs.
Able to challenge the Salesforce team when necessary.
