Salesforce Lead

Our company is growing rapidly and we are seeking an innovative and passionate Salesforce lead developer for our Salesforce.com practice, who shall be responsible for leading a team that work on salesforce sales, service, platform, and integration-based cloud offerings on the Salesforce.com platform.

Responsibilities:

• Lead the design and development of Salesforce solutions, ensuring best practices and scalable solutions.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
• Supporting Technical and Business Requirements activities by providing end-to-end analysis for product and initiatives with respect to data requirements, data flows, data modeling, workflow context and design, and user interface designs within and across systems
• Work with other project streams in ensuring successful project delivery
• Conduct regular code reviews and system audits to ensure high standards are maintained.
• Follow and guide the team in software engineering best practices and proper quality management in all work.
• Develop business requirements, specifications, process flows, application design, application configuration, test processes and release management
• Contribute and follow project plans for executing projects using Agile Waterfall methodologies to ensure the project is delivered on time and beyond customer expectations

Required Skills :

• Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• 8+ years of overall IT experience with 6 years of experience as a Salesforce Technical lead.
• Skills in Platform Development in Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Marketing Cloud, etc.
• Hands-on design and development of custom solutions on the Force.com platform including declarative customization, APEX, Visualforce, Lightning Components, data modeling, integration, and data migration.
• Experience with enterprise integration tools and extract, transformation and load (ETL) tools.
• Application development experience with XML, HTTP, Java and SQL.
• Experience in owning and driving industry solutions on the SFDC platform.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Experience in leading the Delivery & Presales function of the growing technology practice.

Desired Certifications:

• Salesforce Certified Solution Architects
• Salesforce Certified Technical Architect (CTA)
• Salesforce Certified Platform Developer II.
