Job Overview: We are looking for a only this 2(SME) in B2B and C2C products with a strong technical and functional background.
This role requires deep knowledge of network topology, CPE types, network design, provisioning steps, commercial offer constructs, and agreement models.
The ideal candidate will have expertise in supporting enterprise and wholesale business services, including billing models, service lifecycle management, and partner management.
Key Responsibilities: Technical Expertise: Design and implement network topologies (underlay and overlay), including primary and redundant network lines.
Work with CPEs (Customer Premises Equipment) and different CPE ownership models (e g, outright purchase, SP-owned).
Define access network types and technologies (on-net and off-net).
Conduct feasibility studies, produce outputs, and handle activation/configuration of CPEs.
Oversee RFS (Ready for Service) implementation steps, dependency metrics, and provisioning steps (manual and automated).
Develop project implementation steps and manage activation/configuration needs.
Define product specifications and support installation needs.
Commercial and Billing Expertise: Create commercial offer constructs and manage offer variations, including add-ons and pricing models.
Implement billing configurations, agreement models, and define T&Cs and SLGs (Service Level Guarantees).
Functional Expertise: Develop account structures, customer segmentation, and customizable product catalogs.
Manage contract flexibility, performance tracking, and billing models.
Support service lifecycle management, KPI monitoring, and integration with network (inventory and OSS).
Facilitate partner management, wholesale settlements, and handle service catalogs.
Enhance enterprise portals and self-care capabilities for customers.
Qualifications: Bachelors or Masters degree in Telecommunications, Information Technology, or related field.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in B2B and C2C product management or as an SME in a related field.
Strong understanding of network topology, CPE types, and provisioning processes.
Proven experience with commercial offer constructs, billing models, and contract management.
Excellent analytical, communication, and project management skills.
