Role: Lead System Architect (CPLSA).
Location: Bangalore.
Mode: In-office.
Experience: 7+ Years.
Responsibilities.
Architect, design, and oversee the implementation of high-level system architectures for large-scale projects.
Lead and mentor teams in developing best-in-class practices for integration, architecture, and system maintenance.
Define and enforce data flow strategies, best practices, and architectural principles.
Develop and maintain strong knowledge in integrating Pega platforms with third-party systems, focusing on scalability and security.
Ensure architectural alignment with business objectives and requirements.
Regularly review code and system designs to maintain adherence to standards and best practices.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve complex technical challenges and optimize system performance.
Candidate Profile.
Minimum 7+ years of experience in systems architecture with expertise in Pega platforms.
In-depth knowledge of Pega Certified Lead System Architect (CPLSA) best practices.
Strong leadership, strategic planning, and communication skills.
Proven experience in managing large-scale projects and leading teams in high-demand environments.
Background in the financial services industry is preferred.
