AWS Certified Developer - Associate certification (highly preferred).

About the Role :

As a Senior Software Quality Assurance Engineer, you will play a crucial role in our team, ensuring the quality of our next-generation cloud-native products.

You will have the opportunity to design, develop, and execute automated tests, drive continuous improvement, and collaborate closely with skilled engineers in an Agile (Scrum) environment.

What You'll Do :

- Craft and execute robust automated test scripts that align with acceptance criteria.

- Perform thorough functional and regression testing for new and existing products during each QA release cycle.

- Contribute to the evolution of our test automation framework and tools.

- Be an active participant in Scrum ceremonies, providing detailed defect reports and collaborating with developers to drive solutions.

- Become a subject matter expert on our system's functionality.

- Champion ongoing process improvements to accelerate and enhance our software development lifecycle.

What You'll Bring :

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field (B./B.Tech/MCA or equivalent).

- 5+ years of experience in software quality assurance.

- 2+ years of hands-on experience in Java programming.

- 2+ years of experience building and maintaining test automation frameworks.

- 2+ years of experience with JavaScript/TypeScript.

- Proven experience with unit testing frameworks (e.g, Mocha, Jest).

- Experience automating tests for AWS Lambda functions.

- 2+ years of experience testing cloud-native software.

- AWS Certified Developer - Associate certification (highly preferred).

- Experience with CI/CD, particularly CircleCI.

- Experience with microservice architectures.

- Hands-on experience querying data.

- Proficiency in testing GraphQL and REST APIs.

Experience in one or more of the following areas is highly desirable :

- Cloud-native solution testing.

- Knowledge of TestOps theory and best practices, testing in high-velocity delivery systems, synthetic transaction testing, Test-Driven Development (TDD), and cloud-native software testing.

- Familiarity with application monitoring, continuous software delivery, full-stack serverless web application delivery, and AWS management, security, scalability, reliability, and cost optimization.
